Geoff has 25 years’ experience in relationship marketing as a user and supplier of data driven marketing services, working with B2B and B2C clients including Diageo, NatWest Bank, and BT.
Currently involved in integrating online and social media with traditional RM channels; Geoff helps his clients to improve their customer engagement and management across all channels – from digital and online communications, to direct mail, sales promotion, SMS and mobile, as well as Ecommerce, social media and Social CRM.
