Welcome to the latest episode of Dr Marks’ Virtual Tea-time chats, where Mark talks to Group MD, Mike Chatters of Lactalis.
In this virtual tea-time chat, the two discuss what changes have emerged in Lactalis internally and externally.
Lactalis is the biggest cheese company in the world, head quartered in France, with a huge customer and supplier base, so adapting to COVID social distancing regulations changed almost every way they operate.
Mike shares insights on the effect to the hospitality sector, how the retail shopping experience has changed and how trust within the company is at an all time high, allowing leadership to focus attention on areas where trust actually needs rebuilding.
