Providing Leadership Through Change & Uncertainty – 17th October, Birmingham
Following our successful breakfast event in Edinburgh earlier in the year, we are delighted to be running a similar event in Birmingham on 17th October. Our thanks to Barclays who have kindly offered to host the event at their Latitude Club.
Join the Customer Attuned team for our Providing Leadership Through Change & Uncertainty event, featuring real case studies, success stories and ideas from top industry leaders. This session is part of a series of events exploring the role that trust plays in world-class B2B organisations.
As leaders, we are faced with ever-increasing demands for change. With little time to plan, this almost perpetual reorganisation can put a strain on people development, motivation and team building. This insightful event encourages you to think about the leadership challenges you face and the role that trust plays, including:
- How are you coping with constant uncertainty and how this impacts your resilience?
- What level of trust do you have with your key stakeholders and how can you build this?
- With the rise of change initiatives, how do you turn intention into reality?
- How can you lever what you know about your team to drive competitive advantage?
What Can I Expect?
A lively and insightful discussion where leading industry figures share their journeys.

“ I thoroughly enjoyed your event on leadership & resilience! For too long success as a leader was
about wielding power, but the balance has shifted for the better and your session brings the
modern enlightened view – that it’s all about our people – to life, by prompting us to focus on how
we carry ourselves as leaders in order to get the best out of our people. Brilliant, thank you!”
