The CRM Readiness assessment is a focused derivative of the full Customer Attuned CM Capability Assessment (CAA®). It gives an independent quantified assessment of what functionality gaps exist and what damage they are causing to your business.
It will provide you with:
- Independent evidence of the need to change by showing current capability gaps to good practice CRM
- An assessment of systems enablement along your customer journey, with recommendations to fill any process gaps uncovered and strengthen customer experience management
- A prioritised list of actions required to assure readiness for better systems enablement
The project can be delivered in an intensive one-week on-site intervention, including succinct and value-adding staff meetings and calls.
Please note the output of this project will not be a full Business Requirements Definition (BRD) document. This would be a natural next step after a CRM Readiness assessment, specifying the needs and requirements to fill the gaps that have been uncovered.
