As a confirmed advocate of the application of technology to business processes, much of Dan’s career has been dedicated to the fields of Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Information Management and Market Research. Many of the client engagements have been international and multi-disciplinary in nature and in some cases multi-lingual (Spanish and English). Dan is a successful managing consultant with a collaborative and effective management style and a solid reputation for delivering results, often in challenging business environments. Dan has worked for decades in the motor sector, working for clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Kia Motors, Chrysler/Jeep and smaller assignments for Vauxhall and Renault, focusing primarily on the EMEA region. In addition, he brings a depth of experience gained in working with companies as diverse as Adidas Group, US retailer Sears/Kmart and market research experts IRI, and in disciplines as varied as customer experience management, product management, and IT data centre migrations.
