James has worked for blue chip companies in the CPG and Drinks categories for 20yrs, holding a range of Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing roles where he has devised, implemented and evaluated account, brand and channel plans.
James specialises in training and coaching the commercial skills of selling and negotiating, together with the attributes of personal effectiveness.
James has an honours degree in Business Studies, with a specialism in Quantitative Business Analysis. James is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
