Jill MacLean
Jill is an experienced Learning and Development, Change and Organisation Design consultant passionate about helping people and organisations flourish in their work. As a skilled coach, facilitator and consultant Jill’s curiosity and questioning mind have built a strong track record of delivering results for clients.
In a career spanning over 25 years in the field of learning and OD, Jill draws on experience gained predominantly from several senior corporate roles in Financial Services as well as her consultancy experience, which extends to a range of other sectors for example Healthcare, Publishing and Utilities. Jill has significant experience of leading learning and development projects through their lifecycle from the initial consultancy and scoping stage through to delivery and evaluation. She has managed several teams of L&D consultants in different structures, including matrix. Her organisational development experience includes leading several communication and engagement projects as well as organisational design work restructuring the learning and development function. She has worked with leaders from board level to first line and has a considerable experience designing and running leadership, sales and business development programmes. Recent clients include Old Mutual Wealth, Shire, Oxford University Press, SSE, G2G3 and Age Scotland.
