Paul has gained his experience working in senior roles for organisations such as the media giants Paramount Pictures and Universal Pictures, the branded consumer goods companies, KEF, Celestion, VTech Electronics and Toyzone, in strategy and change management at the AIM listed bioscience company Retroscreen, as Assistant Chief Executive Strategy and Change at Oxfordshire County Council, on a number of national projects for the Department of Health and an Acute Hospital Trust, leading strategic and organisational change projects for large Further Education Colleges and new Academy Trusts, with charities Macmillan Cancer Support and the Royal British Legion, and with the Sector Skills Council for Creative Services.
