An highly experienced CPG leader, Richard has managed and sold leading brands in the UK and internationally with responsibility for global, EMEA and UK teams over a 30 career. Starting out in manufacturing with Black & Decker, his career has taken him to blue chip companies such as Fonterra, United Biscuits, Pfizer, Kerry Foods and Essity, helping teams deliver over one billion dollars of growth through a relentless focus on strategy (business, trading, category, marketing and innovation), go-to-market excellence and leadership development across the Sales and Marketing functions.
Richard is married with three children, three hens, two ducks and a dog. Despite years of evidence to the contrary, he still believes he will play field hockey properly one day.
