Customer Attuned Director and Head of Relationship Quality, Peter Lavers, has been commissioned by Dimension Data to contribute to its 2018 Global Customer Experience Benchmark Report.
The report will be launched in October, and as well as looking at the results of the benchmarking survey it will also look back at the last 20 years and how CX has evolved, and the 2020 vision of where it is going, and the impact that AI, automation etc. will have on the overall customer experience.
