- Identifying our start point; deploying the capability framework as a self assessment, line manager and external assessment tool. Providing the start point for, overall and individual capability identification as a key development plan input. This provides a ‘where are we as an organisation vs where we would like to be’, what’s the gap and how do we bridge it.
- Working through sales champions to build capability; Using the outputs from the competency framework, co- develop the modules to build capability to the required level. Work with the champions to co-deliver, deploy and embed the modules within the business.
