Delivering Customer Centric Strategy
Paul Cranston and Peter Lavers of Customer Attuned were privileged to run workshops on Customer Centric Strategy at a client’s 2024 global staff conference held in Barcelona, Spain.
The sessions developed our client’s Customer Segmentation, Customer Journeys, Customer Charter and Voice of the Customer / Staff programmes to ready them for launch this year, in support of their growth targets.
Underpinning all these elements of a Customer Centric Strategy is Dr Mark Hollyoake‘s work on B2B Trust, which has provided a model and practical approach to building and protecting Customer Trust in B2B relationships.
