Peter Lavers is a co-founder and Director of Customer Attuned Ltd, heading up our customer strategy and customer management (CRM) practices.

He is regularly included in published lists of the world’s top experts and influencers in customer experience (CX), with a track record in both thought leadership and practical application. He has authored numerous blogs and magazine articles on his subjects of expertise, taken part in several blue chip companies’ influencer programmes, and hosts our Customer Centricity Corner.

Indeed, the common denominator of Peter’s expertise and specialisms is “customer”, encompassing the disciplines of customer strategy co-creation, CX measurement and management, digital engagement, customer journey mapping, value proposition development, value analytics, customer culture and trust development, market conduct, CRM systems and direct marketing, and account management.

He has over thirty years’ experience of delivering value through taking a systemic (i.e. joined-up) approach to customer management, acting as a trusted adviser and consultant to organisations around the world that share his passion for putting the customer at the heart of their operations.
