Deep-Insight CRQ

In January, our CRQ partners Deep-Insight took their own medicine and conducted a CRQ (Customer Relationship Quality) assessment on their own partners and customers to ask what we thought of our relationship with them.

CRQ™ is a World-leading B2B-specific Voice of the Customer methodology to understand, manage and improve long-term customer relationship quality.

After poring over the results they have (bravely) shared the results and proposed actions in this short blog:


They are now in the process of discussing the results with all their clients so that they can better serve our needs in 2018.
