Salesforce Gratitude Campaign

We’re delighted to report that a quote from our director Peter Lavers has been included in Salesforce‘s #SalesforceGratitude campaign.

The question was “To share some Christmas cheer amongst the community throughout December, we would love to hear what you’re grateful for this year?”.

Peter’s response was that he was grateful that the pandemic has highlighted the need for better collaboration, especially in B2B where building long-term equitable relationships is at last being seen as more important than hitting quarterly revenue targets.

We join him in hoping that this continues and we don’t fall back into short-termist, tactical, toxic-cultured sales management! At Customer Attuned we’re all about co-creating trust-based B2B relationships for mutual value, after all!

Peter adds that he’s also grateful for Simon Sinek’s work on “infinite game”, which underscores and reinforces this thinking.

Please get in touch if you’d like a deeper discussion about building long-term trust-based B2B relationships for mutual value.
