What a wonderful group of panellists we have enjoyed during the pandemic!
The last couple of years have seen very different working practices for many businesses and this has created numerous challenges for business leaders to contend with. Since the start of the pandemic in February 2020, we have been fortunate to have been able to host six great panel discussions exploring the impact of the virtual world on a variety of leadership areas including building trust based relationships, developing our people, the importance of resilience, the importance of focussing on our customers, and more.
